now i have blogged in the past week about how i am not really a baseball fan. i support local teams. philadelphia is loyal to our teams. it's just what happens.
so tonight finds me, son-one and son-two sat in front of the continued 5th game of the world series (that's baseball folks), cheering on the rest of game leftover from the wet one of monday night.
i am not a baseball fan. but we watched.
and i had to rush upstairs to put girlchild to bed.
as the rays came up to bat in the 9th inning (that's the last inning folks). we were ahead.
i kept asking thru the baby monitor if they scored.
i'm reading fancy nancy (again mommie).
son-one peeks into the door, they won mom!
no way!!

i can hear the fireworks outside now.

oh and we got to tell hubby they won, he's away till tomorrow! ;-) i taped the game for him!
I have never seen a baseball game in my life, but even I was pleased for you. I like the local newclipping too. It's nice to see the "real life" bits of people who blog...
