i headed in late to the actual service, but son-two and i weren't feeling well. still we spent a fun afternoon at our church's 133rd anniversary.my nan came with my dad (surprised me). and so i spent most of the time chatting to her. we're all hoping she will come down (with my dad) to our house for thanksgiving next month.there was a lot of food, loads of leftovers and then some family movies afterwards. i brought the little ones and myself home. hubby came home then went back and came home again (we live up the street, walking distance even).
girlchild and i have a playdate tomorrow. same place as friday only a group of moms and kids. then i still need to take son-four out for shoes. no time today ;-)
hair cuts tomorrow night as well. never a dull moment at our house! haha!!
another win for the phillies last night, hurray! and phillies = baseball. everything all over the area is PHILLIES RED! we tend to see things like "philly phans" and "phillies phun". it's a phillie thing (and this blogger is a phillie gal born and bred, even though i haven't lived there in nearly 20 yrs).
glad you had fun at your church anniversary and that nana came with your dad! good surprise for you! sounds like it'll be a busy week again for you. good luck with getting everything done you want to.
