i was all ready to write about what a wonderful day it was today. the sun was shining, the clouds cleared away and left us with a brilliant blue sky. i spent time outside with my two youngest children while waiting for the school bus. then played games and read books with girlchild on her last day before preschool begins.sontwo is ready for his orchestra audition tomorrow. all the homework is complete. i'm nearly finished folding laundry. the house is moderately tidy and i am going to sit and check out the youtube videos i saved today to watch tonight. then i would write a blog post about something fun and interesting. maybe even expound on a few of the items i was queired about in my "experience list".
and ya know what happened? my beautiful and wonderfullly adorable dell pink laptop DIED!
it just won't turn on.
hubby says "hard drive". i'm scared. it's still pretty new so at least still under warranty. but what the heck do they do to fix it!! it's got photos (no, not backed up, duh). and itunes (thank goodness i never BOUGHT anything yet)....and so much stuff i saved. all my doctor who videos. ALL of my beautiful band photos.
i'm trying not to be upset. if they can get it on and i can get my pics, i'll figure out the rest. but i'm SO ticked off.
it's not even three months old for goodness sake. and it's pink. bad things shouldn't happen to cute pink laptops!
the sunset photo is to cheer me up. it has absolutely nadda to do with this post.
Oh dear I do hope they can fix it that you don't loose all your data. Maybe it won't be as bad as you think~ fingers crossed
