i'm so pleased that i managed to squeeze in time to walk this morning. before the heavens opened up and it rained for the rest of the afternoon!! i was hoping to walk tomorrow morning, before i head out to meet some friends for lunch. but i think it might be raining or there won't be enough time. if i get up really early though (which means going to bed NOW), it might work.i could even, horror, get up, walk, come home and then shower!! ;-)
i could walk to the store up the road and get a coffee even. that's assuming it isn't raining right??
we watched speed racer tonight. i wasn't really that bothered about it. i liked the cartoon when i was growing up, love the song, but the movie was better than i expected! it was rather odd too, cos the younger ones wanted to watch, then got bored part way thru, went to play in their room, while girlchild played cards on the floor. then they all wandered back. and now apparently we have to watch it again tomorrow so they can see the bits they missed.
and i didn't realise that matthew fox was in this movie (jack on lost)!! it suddenly dawned on me who was behind the mask!! ;-)
