back home again...

ahh, so we're HOME at long last. by the time we got home last night it was nearly 9pm and i was done in. how can being in the car for all those hours make everyone SO tired? the cranky part is more understandable of course, but the pure exhaustion from more than 10 hours on the road is just annoying. we did stop twice for food (and another side of the road potty break). but then we got home, tossed kids in the tub, i did a load of laundry (and 4 more today) and a few other odds and ends, and that was IT. i was DONE!

today i organised school lists, school supplies and did laundry. blah!! and i've finally uploaded our vacation photos. i haven't really done anything with them. but they're on my computer!! (i did edit the top one, the kids on the beach, the first day, i love the toes in the sand photos).

tomorrow i have to trek to walmart (and i really hate our WM, which is why i've put it off till tomorrow) for the fill in school supplies and the stuff that i only get at WM. and now ds1 tells me that his sneaks are getting snug. so we'll be off to kohl's while they've got a sale and i have a coupon!

hubby finished packing up the pool today. i'm sad to see it go completely, but we decorated the area just a little bit ;) i'll start with that photo tomorrow! :)
