i'm back and i feel happy and content and pleased as punch with life. having time away is a good thing for me. it puts a different spin on the rest of my world. it makes things align ever so well!!the kids love the gifts i picked up for them. kazoos for sons three and four, a harmonica for son two, a pink purse for princess and an egg laying rubber chicken for son one. apparently the chicken also makes music since i heard it accompanying the kazoos and harmonica this morning. it was definitely a sound to behold!! just imagine what they could do with that on one of those "before they were stars" shows (assuming any of my kids ever becomes a professional musician!). hubby got a tshirt from nashville and i bought myself one of these cute little pink croc keychains (only mine has a smiley face jibbitz).
i never managed to finish my stephanie plum book. i was usually too busy talking or closing my eyes on the plane to avoid the bright sunlight. but it's a good one and i can finish it at the beach next week.
