random nonsense of a sort

so my head and my thoughts are still all over the place. and since this is not the blog i use for my general crazy random-nesses, that means i don't have too much tonight to share! at least nothing that makes much sense.

so bear with me as i get back into a groove. maybe i will write a review of our general visit to dallas and nashville though, minus the music.

we're knee deep in preparing to go to the NC beach. it's cool enough here at home for it to be fall imo. this is nice living weather, but not nice go to the beach or in the pool weather. NOW i want hot weather at the beach. it's only in the low 80s in kitty hawk. that's freezing!! lol ;-)

i think there's one day of mid 80s, guess that's our pool day. i don't do the pool unless it's HOT, i can't be bothered to get changed for 10 minutes of cold water!! so the hot tub will suffice. and this year our hot tub will be on the deck...not sure how that will go, out of the sun and all.

i think i am now looking less forward to the week at the beach. i was more looking forward to those five days doing our sisterhood thing! :-)

i did get four matching red shirts for the boys to wear for our christmas photo (usually taken at the beach each august). girlchild has a cute pink dress to wear. and we have santa hats :-) i'm a budding photographer, nothing like my friends photos though!!

i am uploading my trip photos to photobucket, which i find very confusing. and i have two videos to put youtube if i can figure it out! they're too big for photobucket apparently ;-)
