uncovered

hubby's birthday went well i think. we had pizza for dinner, and then brownies and ice cream. we got him some shirts, the boxed indiana jones dvd set and the new national treasure 2 movie. the kids were a little bit wild. but it was all good in the end. his brother called to wish him happy birthday, his dad stopped by with a card and my dad called with  birthday wishes as well.

hubby still has a cold with that virus thing. only his is causing wheezing and congestion. so finally he's on antibiotics and a short course of prednisolone.

the kids have been watching dvds on laptop computer. last evening, when i went to close the garage door after hubby went for the pizza, princess was near the laptop and i realised she had pulled off 8 keys from the keyboard, including the space bar! the keys went back on just fine, although the space bar isn't always spacing as it should!! ;-)
