it's never any fun just talking about the weather, it's another warm day....blahblahblah. ...so i'll just move on ;-)
the kids found a robin's nest in the wisteria in our yard. four little blue eggs. kids are really excited. mamabird was none to pleased to have us near her eggies!! wait till they hatch, she'll be really upset!! we've had nests before nearer to the house...lol ;-)
first episode of john adams was pretty good. tied in with the book i'm reading and our school trip last week. and speaking school, the kids made the homeroom moms a little thank you booklet, it's SO sweet! i love being able to put faces (and personalities) to each of the names!
we're busy with school and family events the next few days....and i only have one more cake to make and then another in july! :-)
We have a house sparrow's nest right outside out front door, 6 eggs and our mama bird is not happy either
ReplyDeleteDear elena jane. Cute! I love birds nests... not that I've ever found any with eggs in them. The trees around my house were always too high.
