on our way

the times, they are a-changin'! so says a song from a few dozen years ago. i haven't been sharing the dailies on my life. it has all happened before and will all happen again (to quote a favourite show of mine).

spring has finally sprung in my part of the world. the daffodils are in bloom, the grass is greener and hubby says he can "hear" it growing!! even the hail storm we had last weekend was a sort of spring event, since the temps were in the 70s!! i still haven't swept off the back deck in a final cleaning, but all in due time i think.

mygirl had her preschool easter show this morning, she looked darling in her swirly twirly princess dress. all the children looked wonderful, the girls in their pretty dresses, the boys in their adorable suits and spring-y outfits. the scary hairy easter bunny was there, i think she looked pretty freaky too, so wasn't that bothered that girliegirl didn't want to sit for a photo. i'm not an easter bunny fan.

we're all recovering from our bouts of stomach flu, asthma flares, ear infections, bronchitis and colds. not quite well yet, but on the way to our healthy glow.

florida sunshine will look nice next week :-)
