half way thru

another rainy blah day. joy. am trying to think of ideas for my son's birthday in a couple weeks. prob won't be much since florida. but at least a fun at home event, and if the weather cooperates we can go outside!! not looking forward to cleaning up the deck once the pollen hits us, but eventually it will stop. and then there's the summer on the deck, whoo hoo!!

the weeds in the front gardren are rampant! got to get them out before they climb into the house.
lots of things happening on april 21st, thinking that must be earth day this year. big local clean up, but the collection area (for trash) is only open 8-3 and it's mid week!

also trying to plan playdate for girlchild and her friend whose birthdays are a few days apart. maybe fun to get them together for a mini tea party. something girly....keeping it small.

and we need to get to sears for the new cooker. we unplugged it from the gas and power when we were away. stinks of gas sometimes. and one burner is out. just want a new one now.

tweeting today, keeping up with a small group of friends, it's fun. but hard to do that, blog and facebook. oh and do the mamma stuff too...actually impossible, haha!! ;)
