a day

it's been a boring and dull dreary kind of day. get up far too early, bustle around make lunches, empty dishwasher, put children on buses, nudge hubby out to work, rush to school, drive home, toss in laundry, fold laundry from last night, wipe down counters, drink coffee, field phone calls, leave for kindergarten conference, chat to mom-friend and organise play date for next week if kids are better, drive to post office, drive home, make and eat lunch, get son off bus, feed lunch while finding out about school day, try to cheer up son, take son to pick up daughter at preschool, discuss that cold weather and soppy playground is not good for playing, drive home, keep son and daughter from fighting till naptime...fold more laundry....think about dinner....call dentist, make food for son who cannot seem to manage that easy task, help with homework, pick up son from chess club, help with homework, feed snacks, fold more laundry, look thru sears website for new oven, edit blog post, email dad, deal with moms club emails and email group, do not play games on facebook, write this....
